IMPORTANT: This policy applies to purchases from www.madcheetah.com ONLY, and does not apply to auction items (purchased at bid.madcheetah.com).  For our return policy for auction items, please refer to the terms posted on the individual auction. 

 

We offer returns on all product within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including (but not limited to) return shipping costs, labor to have the item disassembled/removed, travel to the shipping carrier, etc.

 

For any package refused by the recipient or otherwise sent back "return to sender", MadCheetah reserves the right to withhold the cost of return shipping as billed by the carrier from any refund due to the buyer.  

 

Buyer must contact us prior to returning the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.  Any item returned without an RMA or without the RMA Number clearly marked on the outside of the package may be refused or held until such time that the buyer contacts us regarding the returned item.  Customer refunds with a valid RMA number will be issued within two (2) business days of receiving the item at our warehouse location.  We recommend that the buyer provides us with the return tracking number once they ship the item back, as this will help to expedite the refund process.
